Healthy Greek Yogurt “Ranch” Dressing

This dressing is heart-healthy, low in sodium, and full of flavor.

  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Teaspoons Low-Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Lemon Juiced and Zested
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Onion (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Water (optional)


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and zest, dill, onion, garlic, parsley, kosher salt, and black pepper.

  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  3. If the dressing is too thick, gradually add water until the desired consistency is reached.

  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
